What goes down your sink, laundry through, bath and shower ends up in sewage pipes. Eventually all rivers run into the sea as well , taking with them not only all this dirty water but pollution farms, factories and towns along the way. Dangerous chemicals and radioactive waste from the nuclear industry are also dumped in the oceans. In 1988, number of fishes died and scientists said that pollutants had weakened their resistence. Many people now wonder how much they, too, are affected by pollution.
