The TS designated lenses within the Canon EF lens line are quite independent. TS is short for "tilt-and -shift", which describes the way in which these lenses can be adjusted. Tilting the lens moves the plane of focus so that a subject at an angle to the camera can appear sharp along its full length. While shifting the lens makes it possible to include the top of a building without tilting the camera, ideal for architectural works, still life studio photography.
Note: Only the 24mm is "L" designated.
