The last time around I have seen that
many foreigners applaused for the PM was during the 'eventful' closing ceremony of
the XVI Commonwealth Games that was held in 1998 - still widely regarded as the BEST
Commonwealth Games that has ever been organized. These guys that came from everywhere
around the globe really seemed appreciated by the strong effort and mental will of
this 'old man' of ours and they gave him a rare standing ovation when the organiser
announced our PM, Dr Mahathir will be giving away the prizes to the four men at the
podium (Well, with the general election around the corner, this kind of publicity
is very 'nutritious' indeed). Sandwitched between the three 'reds', Hakinen seemed
exhausted and looked a little 'dejected' over the 'tactical' strategy employed by
the duo of Ferraries during the race..

Site created 'unfortunately' again with a PowerMac Broadcasting with a Linux Redhat

Motor Sports for World Championship -FIA and FIM that have so much confidence in us) that have made
this Formula 1 race in my country with such a tremendous success. Also dedicated
to my loving son, Alvin Foo. Cheers!
