Sepang logo.gif A Thai friend of mine commented, " It looks more like an international carnival here..". The crowds are huge in numbers, almost 80,000 attended this three days event. All rooms in any 3 stars hotels and above in and around Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya area were FULLY taken up, ALL flights in and out of KL were also full booked. The KLIA, (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), incidentally, was enjoying its first anniversary since its official opening a year ago has recorded a huge 12,500,000 (12.5 Million) passengers... wow, that was almost HALF of Malaysia's total population. Hope these guys will returned next year again here in Sepang.. why not ? Posssibly, this is the cheapest round of the F-1 race that you can see value of your money.. like ? A 5 stars Hotel should NOT cost you US100-00, not bad huh ?

A tribute to all the people (Including both the governing bodies of World's Motor Sports for World Championship -FIA and FIM that have so much confidence in us) that have made this Formula 1 race in my country with such a tremendous success. Also dedicated to my loving son, Alvin Foo. Cheers!
