"This scene is another of my 'shoot first and decide later' motto - I liked it and quickly find the composition I wanted and shoot. It was shot on daylight-balanced color transparency film, not tungsten. Two factors contributed to the overall bluish cast - the area was already blue in color and it was helped by the evening overcast sky after a shower (said to be the first downpour in the state of California in ten months). It was part of the attractions available in Universal Studios, Hollywood. Lens used was the Canon EF 28mm f/1.8 USM."
