98, still widely acclaimed as the Best Commonwealth games this far... opened
with a stunning display of various cultural dances and performances by local school
children. The image displayed here was "special" because it was
taken with a Canon D2000 Digital SLR which was announced and debuted officially together
with the Canon EOS-3 in Kuala Lumpur - a first time for Canon to do so outside US
or Japan !
