A poor old woman was found unattended in a cottage back in late '80, which has prompt welfare society moved in and helped. The woman died the next day after taking a bath, possible the first in years... what a sad state. This photo essay was covered by my ex-staff ChenYu who was a photojournalist attached to a local Chinese dailies. the coverage also prompt the authorities to setup a more caring system for old folks ...
