However foto-memoire is such a company that they may change their deal as long as who can pay more....come on, unless u did it in Ebay and you told customer to bid it. OK, in this case I did had a deal although without deposit. Then next morning Alex say he insist to sell to your friend who cannot make up his mind before and suddenly he willing to pay double. | [Clarification] The incident happened between foto-memoire and Ant Gallery (kychai77@hotmail.com) is because we canceled the appointment five hours before the meet up time. It was due the the lens which the buyer would like to buy has been bought by another buyer who is paying double the price (RM990 vs RM2,000). We have sincerely apologized to Any Gallery for cancelling the appointment right after the lens has been sold even though Ant Gallery did not pay deposit to reserve the lens. During our conversation, Ant Gallery mentioned that they will not pay the same amount bought by the other buyer for this lens. We did not claim that we are right in cancelling the appointment but trading business is first come first serve unless buyer has paid a deposit. The same situation had happened to us many times where buyer also cancelling the deals at last minute, we do not think it is ethical to post such a damaging ads to ruin someone reputation on a small matter.
