But as you have been staying miles part from another continent, presented your views over the media, I did mine here as well simply from another perspective as a concerned Asian who lives next door....I cannot write very well in English, but I did read all your thought in English but I have never f attempt to write these personal view in Mandarin either. <<< -- The 2000 + years old Shwedagon Pagoda has witnessed many changes in the histroy of Myanmar (Burma). From 1948 to 2005 is a small part of history - is it a test of will for the people Lord Buddha loves ? Time will change and history may re-write for the the better under the loving, watchful eyes of the Lord Buddha tat radiates his sacred love for all. Until then, the towering Shwedagon in his peaceful & serenity at night acts as a symbol in uniting alls its people. Morning sun will shine..
