Surau@KLCC The 60,000 capacity multi-levels Asy-Syakirin Mosque may looks small from outside but the design was based on maximum utilization of space and the main attraction was actually under the ground level.

 

Infrastructure around KLCC / Suria-KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. The development of the entire project affects the overall transportation system and basic infrastructure at the KL City Center.

While doing a shoot at a Chinese temple in Kuala Lumpur, I saw this bright red pillar inscribed with "We live in the same universe but call our country home." DEEP eh?....Go figure! The contrasing red pillar was framed with the tallest building; the clinical stainless steel clad Petronas Twin Tower in the foreground. A 300 mm lens plus a 1.4X converter (for an effective 420 mm) was used to bring the three "pillars" together. ©C.Y.Leow
