		Research Paper Thesis Topic: ìToward the Appropriateness of Image Use on the Internetî. A thesis paper is required to complete the Honours Degree in Computer Graphic Design. Iím designing the Web Pages (Web Design) for my thesis implementation where I put the contents of the thesis paper as subject matter on the Web Pages. Web Designs Recent Works Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad. Site maintainer for Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Demo site for Prestige Communications Sdn Bhd. Demo site for Malaysia Under Water Haritage Tax Update-1998 Budget Issue (Malaysia) Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad (under constuction). The FIMS Homepage, Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand. This was a one year Intern Project with The Faculty of Information and Mathematical Science, Massey University. My position in this project was as a web designer; designing a homepage, with image compression, and scripting HTML. Te Papa Atawhai, Wanganui River Tourism (Conservation Board) Homepage, New Zealand. The final section of this web page is located in the Designland in the Intranet Network System at the Design Center, Wanganui Polytechnic, New Zealand. I worked on this project with one other New Zealand student on layout design and scripting HTML. Control and Privacy. This web site is still running in the Designland in the Intranet Network System at the Design Center, Wanganui Polytechnic, New Zealand. This project was designed for an On-Line Media (OLM) subject. While designing this project I studied HTML scripting and Web Design. ìI want to be a starî is a personal Web Site which is also still running in the Designland in the Intranet Network System at the Design Center, Wanganui Polytechnic, New Zealand. On this very early site of mine, I placed some of my works and included a personal poem. Digital Publications Stamp design for New Zealand Post and Phone card for New Zealand Telecom. This design project was based on the theme: ìEndangered Species in New Zealandî. I chose the series of penguins as subject matter. ìUrban Childrenís Povertyî , UNICEF United Nations New York: designing a series of cards as a gift to UNICEF. The 15cm x 11cm cards were created as illustrations with the theme of ìUrban Childrenís Povertyî. Sound in Print, Raygun Magazine (Auckland-United Stated). This project was an Image Processing assignment. I designed an image illustration based on the song ìBed of Rosesî by singer Jon Von Jovi. The project was intended to be published in Raygun Magazine.Re-designed the Horseblood Magazine Australasia: For this thoroughbred horse magazine, I re-designed the layout and chose some quality images. The purpose was to change the magazine image and to avoid the old style of layout. BJ Ball Calender. 1996 BJ Ball Calender Design Competition. Designing a calender for New Zealand BJ Ball Paper Company. WHALES Poster. A poster design for International Photographic Exhibition of Global Concern World Endangered Species. 		1997 Teacher. Worked as a temporary teacher at my old school where I taught Geography, Drawing and Practical Malay for students of Chinese education background. 1997 until present Web Designer. First job right after graduted from New Zealand. I am alert and concerned with current issues because I believe all that goes on in the world basically influences design.
