Leica / Leitz VIDOM black/nickel

Early black and nickel finish, composite nose, red maker's box, in original condition.

" ... Leica / Leitz flat nose black nickel Universal Optical Finder This is a rare Leitz variable finder. It works for lenses from 35mm to 135mm, including 73mm & 105mm. Also has parallax correction....". - David Schorer -

NOTE: from what I know, only the Leica V100H (model that replaced the VIDOM Finfer (see pictures of the model at the bottom of this page) also like the VIDOM which has a provision for 10.5cm. As earlier cne-based KINSU model has an odd 10cm (not 10.5cm). So, this shown model may be either a VIDOM or a V100H and could be serving the Leitz 10.5cm Mountain ELMAR or other makes such as Hugo Mayer 105mm etc.. Persoanlly, I thik it is still a VIDOM Finder type as Vidom finder has a narrower back tube. Next, in a proub German tradition, so, logically speaking, they wouldn't be making a finder with a provision to serve the 10.5cm for the Nikkor-P, right ? haha...

An absolutely gorgeous Leica VIDOM Universal Optical Finder
Made in Germany in the 30s with early Nickel finish. Except for lack f pictures to see the variable focal lengths in this finder, which is a little difficualt to certain of its model. I think from all aspects with the features it has, it is a VIDOM fidner type.
