Nikon F5 Anniversary Model 1948-1998 |
Basically, Nikon chosen the top plate to give the F5 anniversary model a distinguish look from the normal Classic F5 look. The slightly textured protective coating was replaced with a smooth, but different color at the top plate. It reminded me about the original mockup model of the F5 with the military green color. Anyway, I still think it is a, visually very attractive camera, it may not be as stealth as the regular black body - but it serves a different group of users all together.| Back |
