Most of the eveready cases are standard 35mm eveready cases -- one piece to go around the camera and its back, and another to go over the front/lens and top.

CTT Hard Case: Eveready case for F (eyelevel, Photomic prisms) with normal or wideangle (except 15f/5.6) lens.
CTTZ Hard Case: Eveready case for F (eyelevel, Photomic prisms) with normal, wideangle (except 15f/5.6), or telephoto lens up to 105f/2.5.

BCT Blimp Case: Eveready case for F with any lens. It completely encloses the camera and photographer's right arm, muffling camera noise.

Nikon compartment cases deserve an interesting mention, as the FB5 and FB8 incorporated metal F bayonets on which to mount the lenses, which makes the lenses quite secure and less likely to go banging into each other. They also feature very deeply-opening lids, which facilitates lens removal. On the other hand, leather cases don't breathe too well and certainly don't help to prevent fungus ...
