1st of all the word "FANTASTIC" to MIR. Its new thing after 35 years being involved in business for website. I do not know where to start but honestly website / portal very new to me. Its a good business. I just bought 1000 portals from 1.5 millions portals from a company. This is D.I.Y portal which is everyone can built up their web site with Microsoft Words knowledge. I did the marketing and the good thing is i received 50 orders from New Entreprenuers to do their website/portal and to design as well. But the bad thing is, i dont have any experience in graphic design or producing good website. The order still running day by day.
I just started to learn using Photoshop CS3 by myself and i produced my own website (stated above). As a pro web designer like you, that website just like very low class but honestly i kept receiving order from everyone around the country everyday.
The company who introduce the portals to Malaysian through Media give the big impact of how important is the website for them especially for new companies.
I would seek any advice from your team on how to tackle this problem. Our target is 1.5 million portal users by 2011.
Thanks n best regards

Saiful

I have just found your site (excellent works for a startup effort). I notice the development of the Zeiss had took a pause for the last few weeks, and only to realize later that you have skipped to the Leica instead. I guess this is a fine effort (courageous, I should say). I support your site simply as you have pointed out in your original intention section by "patching a missing link" in the network. The M3 was done splendidly well in such a sequential order but love to add a feature page - It is just a personal suggestion only as I read you will be preparing a site on the new MP soon, I eagerly awaits for such a reality to be cherished.

P.S. I have been to your country many years ago, lovely tropical environment.

My first post to a Guestbook / forum, and 2/3 posts on the MIR's FTZ. But I have been following MIR for quite some while and I wish to say my thanks to the team. What a great job the team has done on the history of the old nikons, very informative. I am into non AF type of lens even though I own a few digitals.

I have just found you're website and it's excellent, but I notice in the Canon FD pages there is no mention of the Canon EF camera that came out in 1973, this was very important development in the marque ,being the first camera with a hybrid copal square shutter, giving mechanical speeds for the faster ones, and electronic for the slower ones.

Hello from Bill, I love this Olympus Zuiko website. It truly is a superb reference point. I love Zuiko lenses. I've been using Olympus cameras for years . I know the OM10 can be temperamental, but I still have a body that works. I'm thinking of using my Zuiko lenses with the E420 body. Thanks for all your superb historical information and specification. PS, I know a bloke who has a 21 mm lens and I'm trying to talk him into selling it to me!! Cheers Bill Covington. - Bill Covington - Bill Covington
