I have a Canon F1N-AE, but I'm surprised there is no mention of the Canon EF camera on this site that was a F series camera with a much more technically advanced specification than the current F1 in 1973.

After about 15 years from my last roll of film I decided to get back to analog photo and resumed my New F-1 bought in 1983. I re-discovered the joy of using this old beauty, the camera is working perfectly so that I ransacked ebay for some more lenses. Digital SLRs belong now to the past for me.

Hi, me new kid on the block. Last month, I got my hands on a New F1 body to go with my FD lens.

I wonder if there is any F1 shooters in my region?

Thanks.

I just got a New F-1. Part way thru the first roll of film, something is now blocking part of the meter in the Eye-Level Finder . It appears as something black. It starts on the left edge about 1/3 from the top, and makes a triangle shape from there to the bottom right corner of the meter. So most of the lower section of the meter is obscured. Is there an easy fix for this?

Does any one have a 35mm f2.8 tilt and shift lense that is available for me to purchase?

I need a useable base plate for my Canon F-1 (original model) The camera now has a winder - which must be left in place - and that is a bother.

I can't find any info about Canon New F-1 carrying case. Didn't it have one? I found case, for F-1 and F-1n, but there is written that it's not for New F-1. Can't understand why, because they all have same dimensions
