Why are prices for Canon accessories getting cheaper? There seems to be less people interested in buying Canon F-1 accessories. I'm not complaining just making an observation. I was able to pick up a Canon 250 film chamber for $115. Several months ago you couldn't pick one up for less than $250. Whats the deal?

Does anyone remember the company that sells the battery adapter for the original F1? I would like to order one, and I can't remember where to get one. Thanks in advance.

Firstly I would like to say what an interesting and useful site this is. I own a Canon F1 and also have the Booster T Finder.
My problem is finding a battery for the Booster T. Having sifted through this site I understand that it should be a six volt silver oxide battery. I cannot find such a battery in the local camera store, the closest substitute being a six volt duracell lithium 28L, but this does not power up the finder.Anybody out there know of a scource for the correct power cell or perhaps can suggest an alternative that works? Would be grateful,
Happy snapping, John.

I am trying to locate the battery case that fits on the bottom of my motor drive unit. It was called battery case "C".
Thanks

I am a proud owner of 30 years of the original F1.
