Could anyone please tell me the differences between FD lenses (L, SC, SSC) regarding quality of pictures. And what about their robustness? I have got a F1n. Thank you.

Sorry sameet. The EF lenses are made for the newer EOS-camereas. Your F-1N take canon FD-lenses or FL-lenses. These are not made any longer, but there are still a plentiful in the used markets. I'll advice you to try E-bay Jomar H

Help !!!with shutter problem....... I have an F1N inside the body it is marked X 1 so I think it is 1983 (somewhere about there) It has served me well. I have the shutter currently stuck open. This has happened in the past. I think it has to do with changing lenses. Can anyone help with this. I seem to remember there being a trick- or quick fix to get it to snap back. Either that or a repair facility in the NYC area would be appreciated.
