I just put 8 new AA batteries in the power booster of my Canon EOS 1 camera. The "bc" sign is flashing with no bars below it. What is the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Canon EOS-1N where the on-off switch for the command dial on the back has broken off. I have managed to find a spares/repair scrap camera with a back that is OK. Is there any one with any guidance on removing and replacing the back door?

My 1N automatically rewinds my film after 24 exposures even when I load 36 exposure film. How do I make it recognize that it has more film left in the roll?
