I just got a Nikon FA from a friend as a gift, but no instruction manual!! Does anyone have leo's PDF instruction manual for the FA? If so, please e-mail me a copy or some kind of response. I am desperate, please help me!!

MD-15 instruction manual .pdf
SB-15 instruction manual .pdf
I have just bought an MD-15 and a SB-15 for my FA but neither had instruction manuals available. If anyone has a .pdf manual for the flash OR the motor drive PLEASE could you send me a copy. I've tried searching the internet for these but with no luck. To have such good equipment and not know how to use it fully is such a waste! Thanks in advance! (I have the FA .pdf)

Peter, You should ensure that your lens is AI modified before attempting to attach it to the FA. Otherwise you damage the Meter Coupling Lever of the camera. Best regards, Lars

Steven. The TC-200 will work justy fine with the FA and AI-S lenses. It will act as an AI modified lens, and the shutter speed may not always be as indicated if used in P mode (due to psooible compensation after instant stop down metering). Also, "P High" will not be available. I personally use a TC-200 and FA with AI-S and AI modified lenses. I never use P (or S) mode though. Lars (or anyone else).......I've seen a TC 200 on sale (UK £99)and was considering buying it to use with my FA and AIS lenses. Will this converter function fully with my system?.....someone suggested that I should go for a TC 201 but couldn't tell me the real reasons why! Any advice?...please email me. Many thanks

Does anyone know how I can date my FA? Nikon have written back to me saying they can't help! Do you have a body with a number near 5307*** or a lens number 661*** and do you know the ages of yours? If you can help, please write me!
