Caprirossi! - adding a meter coupling prong (aka hognose or rabbit ears) to your AF lenses is a very simple procedure, that would enable you to meter with them. I believe most AF lenses are prepared for this by having two small marks or notches where the meter coupling prong securing screw are to be fastened. Best regards,

An ultimate reference site on the Net for Nikon F2 ! I have a Nikon F2S for almost 15 years and hardly give me any headache like my "modern" autofocus F401x which has gone through few rounds of repairs and fixes. It is built to take hard knocks and extremely rugged - the only complaint is the meter that does not take my AF Nikkor lenses for metering. Anyway, I will buy another AI's DP-11 after this, I am so glad to see this site up and running, it is MOST IMPRESSIVE and detail - something that can make Nikon official site(s) so pale in comparison with its rich content ! The only pity was the leofoo & his friends are not Italian and how I wish this site can also be translated into Italian which definitely will benefit all my fellow photographico... simply the - BEST !!! - regards, from Rome.

A wonderful website with terrific content on my favorite F2 camera. I am so glad to see such a top quality website which I have been longing to see one featuring the F2 on the Internet (your Nikon F3 website is also the most impressive and unmatched in its content ! ). It is the best answer to those who knows little about this great classic camera, childishly claimed a entry, fragile autofocus SLR is rated better off than a Nikon F2A in a public forum at photo.net ! My compliments to all - who must have been worked hard to make it happened ! Regards, Silva from Brazil.

I am sure some people did it for the good of this group, but one should have told you it wasn't his pics, and shouldn't have received credit for them. I am sorry the copyright owner of the pics do not allow the pics to be displayed here, it is a loss to this site.
