Each of these three featured Minolta SLR camera models represent an era of its own to lead and has great influence over the entire photographic community. Unlike the two great Minolta cameras of yesteryears in the XK/XM/X1 and the XD-7, these newer series of Minolta classic served a different segment of users. Unfortunately, these bodies have been long discontinued and you may even find it difficult to locate proper support even from their own creator, Minolta. I have a Minolta X-700 that will not advance any further than the 30 degree position, therefore, I am not able to take pictures. If anyone out there has a solution, please contact me with the remedy, it would be greatly appreciated by me. Thank you.

Hello. My Maxxum 7000 will not auto focus anymore. I've changed the batteries several times, tried all the buttons and drives and modes ect. Tried 3 differant lenses. It started to auto focus once while doing all this. When it is in AF the lenses lock just like it is suppose to. Can anyone please give me some advice? Thanks. P.S. this is a great place!!

Hello, I have a Minolta 7000 serial no. 14040939. It will not rewind. It works beautifully until it gets to the end of the film. It flashes that it is at the end. I push in the rewind button and pull out the slide.. Nothing happens. Any suggestions please. Thanks Pip
