Modern Classic SLRs Series : |
Each of these three featured Minolta SLR camera models represent an era of its own to lead and has great influence over the entire photographic community. Unlike the two great Minolta cameras of yesteryears in the XK/XM/X1 and the XD-7, these newer series of Minolta classic served a different segment of users. I have just bought a x700. In my viewfinder there is no LED for the aperture that I have chosen, it doesn´t matter which programm I use. Is this o.k., or broken? Another question: When I use a flash(280 px)there is no LED in the viewfinder that blinks when I´m using the exposure adjustment control. Is this right or can I change it somehow? Thanx, Andy2. i have spent 2 rolls of film discovering things in my fully functional, newly purchased second hand X-700. the two films were spent using ht e A mode. a Minolta X-7 user advised me to always set the LCD in the viewfinder to blink or register at 60 because the best results can be achieved. can anyone please give me further advise. and if possible, more tips on how to maximize the use and fully enjoy of my X-700. Thank you very much.5. From : Manuel (metricbolt@hotmail.com)

My brother gave me a Maxxum 7000 camera a few years ago, but he had lost the book, and I would like to see if I can get a book to learn how to operate this camera. What is the ISO on the camer? I've been going over the instructions on the web, but I really need a book to read and learn from. If you have such a book, how can I obtain a copy. Please send me the information to my e-mail address. Oh, by the way, he and his wife divorced and she had bought this camera, plus many other things without his knowledg, and so he gave me the camera.8. From : Pat Regan (pjregan@northcom.net)

Mr."Jonky Tambayong"(yonky@cbn.net.id) rectified some error and commented: " .... This Photography Website is very good , I am sure many has learned and enjoyed from this site like myself , I have a Minolta maxxum7000 and while browsing for info regarding this camera I came upon your site , Thank you for sharing so much quality information , I would like to inform you that in the picture from your site I herewith attached of the maxxum7000 , the internal Lithium battery with the M ( matsushita ) logo the plus + side is facing outwards to the metal plate , I believe it must be facing inwards , so the NEGATIVE side is facing up . I noticed this while looking for info to replace the lithium battery in my camera...." A link to his scanned image has been uploaded at:
