Modern Classic SLRs Series : |
Each of these three featured Minolta SLR camera models represent an era of its own to lead and has great influence over the entire photographic community. Unlike the two great Minolta cameras of yesteryears in the XK/XM/X1 and the XD-7, these newer series of Minolta classic served a different segment of users. Unfortunately, these bodies have been long discontinued and you may even find it difficult to locate proper support even from their own creator, Minolta. I am the original owner of a Maxxum 7000. I have not used it in a long time. I recently changed batteries (not internal) and am preparing to use it. The information display at bottom of viewfinder is not visible. Any thoughts on why that may be? Thanks. Andy (aaruss@yahoo.com).4. From : Mike (Mike235@qis.net)

Does anyone know where or if I can fix my minolta maxxum 7000. I have a broken piece - the minolta piece right above the lense which is ( I think) the automatic adjustment lense. I was told that they no longer make this part. Thanks, scalcen@yahoo.com6. From : Missy (cheree03@yahoo.com)

I was given my first manual camera for Christmas this year, a Used Minolta X-700. I am just learning how to use it and cannot get the counter to reset, so I keep wasting film. Is there a manual way to reset the counter? It will only roll back to around 8 and no further. Thanks for any help!7. From : steve (steveackroyd23@aol.com)

I have just purchased a second hand Sigma 28-70 AF zoom for my 7000AF but it doesn't fit ( I bought it by mail order ) I am assured by the seller who is a camera dealer that this lens is for a Minolta AF. Is there more than one type of AF fitting? There is nothing wrong with the camera as it accepts other lenses. Any help would be appreciated.8. From : Brian (bhamptn@aol.com)
