Each of these three featured Minolta SLR camera models represent an era of its own to lead and has great influence over the entire photographic community. Unlike the two great Minolta cameras of yesteryears in the XK/XM/X1 and the XD-7, these newer series of Minolta classic served a different segment of users. Unfortunately, these bodies have been long discontinued and you may even find it difficult to locate proper support even from their own creator, Minolta. Greetings! I'm looking for some solid suggestions on "Reliable" places to purchase some accessories for my Minolta 7000i camera. I have a very extensive set up. Everything is in MINT condition. But I'm looking for a Minolta EC-7 eyepiece. I'm also looking for the Eyepiece Correction 1000 series Diopters for far-sightedness and several other accessories, to include the creative expansion cards. Can anyone recommend a good reliable source with decent prices? Thanks for any and all assistance!

Help!!! I am looking for a owners manual for a Maxxum 7000. Also,I need to find a factory style lenshood for my AF lens 28-85 55mm. I borrowed my camera out and it come back with these items missing. the rubber fold up hoods do not work well with this lens when it open to wide angle. any help I can recieve to locate these items will be appreciated

To whom would be so kind to read my message and help me out, I miss my camera. It's a 35mm Minolta Maxxum 400si. My Camara seems to have failed for the past 2 years. Batteries have been change and film was installed. The Camera just won't open the shutter to shoot the picture. The picture screen on top of the camera right hand side says its locked. 7000i - Left the camera ON, and the battery died. Replaced with a new 2CR5, and now the camera is frozen with a flashing "HELP". Is there a reset or something? Any Help?? Thanks
