Hi!, Does anybody knows if the shutter speed dial or the whole shutter speed dial and knob is still available as a spare part from Nikon? I got an F3 with a light scratch on the dial and would like to replace it to keep the camera in the nice state it is in right now. Any dealers you might know that could handle this spare part as new? Regards, Edgardo Molina

Dear Lee Frost, You can search on eBay for the screw in cap so the film will not fog when the camera is not attached to the motor/winder. I have seen several times this caps in mint condition to replace the missing ones. Regards, Edgardo

Adrian: Try KEH at this site http://www.keh.com/shop/SHOWPRODUCT.CFM?CRID=8308092&SKID=NK0201020061204&SID=newused&BID=NK&CID=02&SOID=N&curpic=0&dpsp=0 This is an F3 for sale in Excellent Plus condition. KEH's rating system is very conservative, so I would expect this camera to be in Like New condition. Walt

Great camera. Wondeful website ! I bought a F3HP in 83 and still remains as my one and only camera. Depandable and very freindly to use. The automation adds a layer of user friendliness and easy to control. Although never seriously involved in photography but it never broke down. Sometimes, a pro-grade body makes the differences.
