I have just bought a F3HP for USD 730. The camera is cosmetically 98%, no dent/scratches/water. Is it expensive?

Thanks for comments.

Thank you very much for such an excellent website!!
I have been a Nikon F3 fan for many years despite being not able to afford any of the variants.
Your comprehensive website however, is the next best thing to owning an F3/T, F3P, F3H or F3 Limited!

I am looking for a connector pin of the AR-4. It is the end piece that screws onto the AR-4 and into the BR4 ring. Without this pin the end of the AR-4 is rounnd and does not connect to my F3.

Tony,
The SB-16A with matching AS-8 foot will allow TTL capability with your F3. The SB-16B is similar to the SB-16 main unit but uses the AS-9 foot to couple with the regular type hotshoe found on other Nikon models, so make sure of the proper designation i.e. SB-16A or SB-16B should you plan to buy. The SB-17 and earlier SB-12 are dedicated TTL flash units for the F3, with the SB-17 having bounce flash capability.

Could any one out there please advise me on which "AS" flash coupler will give me TTL flash on my F3 for perhaps a SB16 & 17. There is a new AS17 but i dont really want to pay £100+ for my old F3 as it does`nt get used to death, grateful for any info, with thanks TONY!
