I have a Nikkormat FT3 with 50mm F2 lens and a 35mmF2 lens which I'm interested in selling. I had the shutter replaced about 6 months ago by a Nikon repair facility and the camera is totally operational. The body is in excellent shape and shows very minimal wear. Les glass on both lenses is flawless. If interested, please contact me by E-mail. Bill

I recently obtained my father's old Nikkormat FTn and it needs a new battery. The old 1.3v mercury battery is not available or is not environmentally friendly anymore. I understand there is a replacement battery for this camera, or a replacement attachment that enhances the meter to make it more accurate than the 625a batterys out there. Does anyone have any experience with these batterys and could give me some advice. thanks

I have a Nikomat FTN with a 35mm lens - is in great shape-but the meter is not working correctly- is this something I could fix myself? If so, where would I get the manuals/equipment to do it? Thanks.

Nice Site, I own a Nikkormat FT and am not exactly sure how to manipulate the lens settings. I also have a K1000 that I am familiar with but the Nikkormat has me a little confused. I would greatly appreciate it if someone knew of a URL that could point me in the right direction. Many Thanks FMF

Shik Lee: Nikkormat FT is a meterless FTn. The Nikkormat FTn secion is here: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/nikkormat/fseries/ftn/index.htm If you wnat to learn how to use a pre-AI Nikkormat, use here as the reference: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/nikkormat/fseries/ft2/htmls/index.htm Both are quite aliked- difference is the ASA setting under the camera. If you think you cannot live without a copy of the manual: try www.craigcamera.com or www.manual2go.com it ranges from USD8-25 a copy (photocopies or original in various used condition)
