I have a Nikkormat FT2 #5220275 and a Nikkor-S Auto 1:1.4 f=50 mm #1223362. Both camera and lens are in very good condition but I cannot focus the Nikkor at infinity, I mean when I reach the infinity stop the image is not yet on focus: it is short of it and only a little bit more back movement of the lens would be enough. This is true also if I mount the Nikkor on a Nikon F body #7032792. Has anyone an idea of the reason for this and how to solve the problem?
Thanks everybody

I have a Nikkormat FT4368237. I'm only an occassional user although I had the camera reconditioned a few years ago. Now the advance is jammed and the local camera store says it'll cost over $125 to have it repaired. What is the current value of this camera? Is it worth the investment of $125? Can I sell it for more than $250 if it's repaired? Where do I send it to get a reliable repair job? Thanks in advance....Jerry4. From : janine (j9spin@cs.com)

can you use the nikon af lens 1:3.3-4.5 on a nikkormat ftn body? Are there any glitches with a Nikon n5005? Does a Nikkormat ft2 have the needle light meter like the Ftn? thanks

In reference to my FT2 Nikkormat: I think I answered my own question from before to anyone who wants to know....LOL I think I loaded the film wrong and it didn't advance.... I will be getting the film developed soon. Thanks for the reply (from 1 person who's email isn't known at aol...LOL) I do not have an owners manual and only have information from here on how to operate and set the camera to take pictures... I appreciate the polite response.7. From : Carmel Vivier (carmelv@nbnet.nb.ca)

Hi, I have two Nikkormat (FT) and am looking for a rubber eye cup (or a rubber eye piece to replace the metal ones already in place). I wear glasses and find that the metal eye piece is scratching my eyeglass lens. Thanks, Carmel8. From : rockinmo (rockinmo@hotmail.com)
