Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. Some of the opinion presented within the site was entirely personal and I do not wish to influence any decision prior to any potential purchases or disposal. Hi, I have just got hold of a amulet I looked for some time. It is the M-16 "Luang Phor Thuad Yim", I suppose. Although all Thai people say it is, I have a hard time understanding how they can tell since there seem to be several batches and to me they look quite different. I have seen two different styles on the Internet and I have a third. Is there someone who can bring some brigtness to the creation process of the LP Thuad Yim image I would be very glad.

Best regards,
Jesper Karlsson

Should have developed more local locations instaed of Thailand. Don know where to go (i am from Cameron highland) - i have a basic LP Deang image only and a supiciously not very original soomdet (not wat rakang). Anyway, hope it will develop better from here onwards- we need such a site and right now, it is more confining to Thailand (sorry folks, don bust me - peace).

Hi Kakaman, thanks for adding our flag, hehe. Nice. By the way i'm in Phetbury at the moment and was on visit in Wat Khao Bantai It (LP Doeng). Very nice place, friendly people and tons of greedy monkeys. There are still some of original LP Doengs somdejs for rent at the temple (4000,-B). Well, judging by Lek Watruak's site - one piece of the first and two of the second edition. By the way anyone knows if the second edition was blessed at least by LP Daeng? Lek Watruak's describtion is not clear here ... take care brothers

Due to the frequent attacks by spammers. I have installed a edit prior to post system in this board. I will invite some friends as co-maintainers to edit or monitor the posted content here on. Not entirely a popular decision (I know) but I am tired of deleting dozens a day kind of scenario. Further, I will be doing quite frequrnt on traveling and thus, I don't want the board to flood with tons of junk messages on drugs, sex and so on. Sorry.

First is the Kingdom of Bhutan, next answer is the Czech republic (Ian's origin - specially put one in for him, hehe..); flag with a circle at the center is Laos and the second last is Sri-Lanka (Ceylon). Forgot to put in Nepal ..., yeap, EU is a good suggestion but I like to have Ian's flag in and hopefully he can spread some seeds of Buddhism over there, haha, lastly - short of space to accomodate more....

Haha .. nice header ! What is the flag/Nation on the first, center (tiangular red, white and blue); white circle with red, blue and the second from the left ? A EU flag is good, I think. We are like a global community under the mercy eyes of Loard Buddha. Good, I see Stan and Raymond do take good pictures too huh ?
