Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. Some of the opinion presented within the site was entirely personal and I do not wish to influence any decision prior to any potential purchases or disposal. So, this forum is intended to provide a channel for all to make use of it to present your own individual views. Enjoy.

Hi YKT, It's great news to hear that leo has found his amulets! This must be a morale booster for him. One thing I noticed about Thais is that no matter how poor they are, if something is not their, they wouldn't take it as stealing is breaking one of the 5 precepts. Good thing his amulets landed safely into their hands!

In quite a dramatic fashion, after more than a month lost of his three amulets, leo told me someone (apparently some Thai workers at the KLCC site) has returned all his pieces, I have asked him to brief all of you when he comes back from Myanmar. Nice to hear the good news as I know he was quite low in morale and has not been updating anything the site since. Glad for him and I hope he keep it up with the development works for this site for all of us. Cheers.

That was truly very unfortunate, leo. I think I have seen the poster in front of ESSO/Conevention work site (I think it was at the guard house too..). Anyway, I have spread around the words to the workers (I am sub-con for a quick job there). I am using a Soomdet too (a newer one from Wat Rakang).
