Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. Some of the opinion presented within the site was entirely personal and I do not wish to influence any decision prior to any potential purchases or disposal. So, this forum is intended to provide a channel for all to make use of it to present your own individual views. Enjoy.

As this site is specifically created for this purpose - so, please don't mail me other than constructive suggestions or rectifying mistakes found in this site, thanking you. Speaks about the fake. This is one good example on Wat Paknam and it sells USD25-00 + USD10-00 shipping (Sigh). Leo told me that he has sent a mail to alert the seller but would not pursuade him to withdraw/carrying on with the trade (example was that xxxamulet@ebay which had closed sale of more than 2000 items and don know how many of those affected had sold over at Ebay prior to this by "other auctioners". Although I don't suggest all those at Ebay are faked (but after examination of some of the pages by the related seller, many are actually genuine sales items esp the newer ones by xxxamulet such as the Jathukarm but I have to agree with leo that mentioned piece has soem serious doubt over its "origin"). Well, a popular site such as Ebay can be a channel for traders and buyers to consider a purchase but it does raised some worrying issue as well as affecting confidence level with such a simple episode. Anyway, just be careful with online stuffs (good luck if you got one bargain, sad if you have got "nothing") for all you had paid for.

Take note: I have no ill-feeling towards the auctioned sale/item/seller at anywhere, be it Ebay or Yahoo Auction etc. But rather seller may also be fooled when offered with an item at the "used Market" offer and it depends on whether he knows the originality of the said item in the first place. IF he does - then this is not a logical way to do a deal publicly. that is all.

I have always been interested in buddha amulets. Your website with all the great information provides further inspiration not only on the amulets itself but to the inherent essence of Buddhism.
