Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. Some of the opinion presented within the site was entirely personal and I do not wish to influence any decision prior to any potential purchases or disposal. So, this forum is intended to provide a channel for all to make use of it to present your own individual views. Enjoy.

Would anyone have any more info on Wat Phra Khong, and on Phra Khong, amulet,(red)? There seems to be the same info and examples on the various different Amulet sites. Is this because, there are only these examples to see?Are there any sites where more can be learned, about the Wat and it's history, about the Monks who were there in 1223? I would appreciate any help and direction,

Dear Mr.Teoh: LP Thuat amulets was a very famous protection amulet since long long time ago....it is the good choice for kids. Sometime CASTING is more expensive than new amulets from famous wat, like Wat Changhai from Pattani. ...... Rock Ray.

Thank you sir(s). Your site has helped me understand many versions of the amulets. It is easier to understand than many other sites on this topic. I am from Brunei Darul Salam. Once again, thank you.

Good Day, I am a humble follower of Phra Phom( 4-faced Buddha ) I wear a pendant of Phra phom and i pray to him with all my heart. This year on the night of Jan2005, i was in Bangkok (my first trip to Thailand by the way) and i visited the Phra phom shrine near the Erwan hotel. As i shared the cost with 2 other thai friends of mine, we prayed facing the back face of phra phom while the dancers were chanting our names and dancing.

Then for a moment, while I was praying and looking at Phra phom, I saw for a brief moment, “Phra phom’s hand carrying the discus” moving up and down to the rhythm of the music being played. Till this day, I have not gotten a proper answer as to the significance of the vision. I have tried asking the abbots at the Wat Palai ( which I go often ) here in Singapore. But, the masters only say to me that it was a good sign.Anyways, I hope that someone would provide me with perhaps a meaning of the vision.

And also, information like chants for Phra phom. So that I may be closer to him in both spiritually and mentally. So that he may guide and help me. Thank you. Anand (veldra@email.com)

To Friends, I am Lp.Koon students. and once before i started the amulets website. I ask Lp.Koon about this, is it wrong to do religious stuffs like comercial/business. So he told me it called "SummaArcheewa" in buddha. This like walk in middle way as buddha said. The stuff that sold are welled keep with respect to belonger, they not throw away or used amulets in any bad reason. So its ok, amulets wil choose the right owners. and since i stated the website, i met people that believe in the same way, share the same passion. This is great. May Buddha bless you all.
