Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. KT, you are right. I will wait until the book is out then maybe I'll post the rest. Anyway the book is in Thai and I am planning to do a translation into English if it has big demand. The book is all about Somdej Toh amulets and has the last chapter on the Jatukarm history.

Dear Richard, TKS for the kind offer to all of us, but it is BEST to save them for the Book. It is fair to the publisher as well as all those concerned with financial investment for the publishing of the book project. I will get one to support, just let us know when it is on sale. Frankly, amulets books in English/Chinese is scarce on the bookshelf.

That was a indeed a very very good series of Soomdej presented by Richard. The same goes with uncle, as I am not too good at the Jatukarm either. But these were an eye opener for me. Welcome to the board.

Wah ... I like the BKK at http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/leofoo/Thai-amulets/richard-wong/SomdejBKPPimYaiKruKao_F.jpg
Never actually been too excited about the Jatukarm, as may be I am too new to this image form, but thee showcase units are very old huh ? I thought all those units are shinning, gilang gemilang type. Good learning phase for me on the Jathukarm. Thanks, Richard !
