Collection of my Thai Religious Amulets/Pendants - Message Board/Guestbook

Religious Thai Amulets are immensely popular among many Thai locals or even the Chinese that residing in South East Asia - probably most followers never have the chance to worship the religion and hopefully with the little image that we wear on the body can provide some form of relief. As I mentioned in the site, probably it takes a Thai to create such a high quality website features specifically on these lovely collective pendants. As I can never be claimed knowledgeable in this strong thai traditions but since I am a web developer in nature, I create this solely for personal consumption and hope to provide a linkage among all passionate collectors. Some of the opinion presented within the site was entirely personal and I do not wish to influence any decision prior to any potential purchases or disposal. Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Dharma,

While we all appreciate the great, beautiful and yet, powerful buddhist amulets created by the members of the Maha Sangha, the community of monks, let us not forget our commitment to our Lord Buddha, to practise and to walk on the Noble Eightfold Path in order to cease all suffering and to seek true happiness, Nibbana.

On this auspicious day, the Wesak full moon day of May, marks the birth, enlightenment and passing away of our Lord to Nibbana, let the day remind us all that Life Is Uncertain But Death Is Certain. As such, we must continue to work hard to cultivate good merits in order to free ourselves from this suffering world and to achieve inner peace and happiness.

HAPPY WESAK 2009

Metta ca Karuna,
Stan Thong-Penang

Hi Bros/Friends

Share one story here. The guy name sonthi limthongkul, hes leader of yellow t-shirt and owner of astv news, several days ago got attack in the morning drive to work. M16/AK47 and M79. 80 bullets through the whole car, the M79 didn't explode. 3 people in the car is safe. This is amaze.

Days before, Luangtar Mahabua told Sonthi that he got a bad fortune and must come visit Luangtar. He been there and pray to Luangtar Mahabua, Luangtar then blessing to his head with the mantra.

Many people wonder what items or amulets he wear. He use Jatukarm Ramathep Payan b.e.2530

:) Dont forget not to wear red and yellow shirts during your trip.

I was reading the story about temple thieves, and tried to look it up on BKKpost web. Seems the story is from Febuary 2008!

I always browse the local market amulets you never know when you will get lucky. Twice this year I have 1 coin worth 20,000B and another valued at 15,000B not long ago I found a curious pim that was slightly pink in color the vendor was quite nervous and anxious to pass it on he started at 1000B as I was leaving I got it and another for 100B.

This pim since it was sealed in water proof plastic has changed color and shrunk nearly 20% it is now black and dark red. It is oaval and features a sitting Buddah only in outline form with no face legs crossed form a perfect number 8 on the back is like the Thai number 1 the same marking used by LP Ngern.
Help me out, I think I am in possesson of a rare pim that was stolen. It has been most likely burried in a stupa for a long time protected from elements in a jar. Many strange things have happened since I started to wear this pim.
