The Canon T-90 System |
|
Modern
Classic SLRs Series : |
The Canon T-90 was the last model that uses FD-mount prior to the shift to the autofocus EF EOS system. It hardly lasted a year since its inception but what an impact it has created on the design of future SLR. Every inch a classic, despite after more than 15 years, this camera is still hard to replicate even by today's standard. It was also widely acclaimed as one of the true Classic camera of modern times. Here comes a common Message Board designed specifically for Canon T90 SLR model - this is especially useful when you realize ALL Canon FD mount SLRs have long been discontinued you may require a public forum for common support and sharing mutual knowledge or experience among many of you. This Site has proved to be quite popular and I am quite happy to see these effort was not wasted and special thanks to ALL the volunteered Site Maintainers of this Message Board. Enjoy.

This is a nice site ! I have owned a T90 back in 1988, sold and change to a EOS630 and followed by a EOS-1N and now using a EOS-1D. The changeover was smooth as the camera can be a pre-EOS kind of stuffs. It is good to come back and read some many interesting postings on the camera (except for the last few, hahah...). Cheers, MORE POWER TO CANON !2. From : bronstejn (br@nstejn)

Dear Koszeghy,
I accept your statement that you had no offensive intentions in your letter. However, the Innuit, ( From Inuk, Innuit for "Human Being") are a proud northern people who used to be called Eskimos (Algonquian Indian for "Eaters of raw meat") and might be offended by that name today. (additional content sensored by co-maintainer, sorry...)
I think it would be best if there were are no references to other people or races or religions, in a joking manner, on this truly international site. What might be considered funny in one language might not be so in another and could, indeed, be highly insulting. Translations often fall short of the original meanings.
Fishing from a hole under the ice could be fatal as arctic waters are rather cold. Fishing FROM a hole IN the ice would be a much wiser method of insuring that one brings the fish home.
As kakaman said in his letter, "peace".

It is all right.. you does remind me with a long lost gentleman (Irwin ala Dr Strangeluv).. he adds many thoughful sparks on this message board long time ago (you can search via back messages, some may not enjoy but I like his style, haha..) ..anyway, it is also good to be careful on choice of words on a public forum as it could be misintepreted as something else locally, it is a global community anywway huh ? peace.6. Dear members, please ignore Mickey's letter at 02:22 PM Monday 13 March, 2006, because it was EVEN less funny, than mine ;-))) By the way I apologize the Innuit people (even if I have no clue about the meaning of the word 'Innuit' in English), whom I did insult (did I?)...
However I don't remember I mentioned anything similar... Could I be offensive with someone whom I haven't mentioned, without even knowing about it?! I must be very evil then!

I recently purchased an EOS 3 body. While it is the best of the AF cameras I have owned, it is no match for my 21 year old T90. The T90 and manual focus FD lenses just produce better images than their modern replacements. It is also far sturdier and dust-resistant. I am not a fan of EF zoom lenses!8. To all members, Please ignore the offensive letter from Brontejn of Sunday 12 March 2006 at 8:51 PM. In addition to its being totally sensless, it is an insult to the Innuit people. Mickey9. From : skateboardphoto (bergoo@bigsky.net)
